Focus

As an HR Professional with more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources, my focus is to help companies become compliant with employment law regulations and to provide strategic support in all areas of HR so clients can meet their business objectives.    

Experience

With 18 years as an HR practitioner and 7 years serving as an HR advisor, I have supported multiple companies in various industries.  These industries include banking, manufacturing, engineering, health care, non-profits, restaurants, pharmaceuticals, construction, and technology services, among others.  

Education and Credentials

After achieving a Bachelor's degree from Missouri State University (MSU), I continued my education by completing the Human Resources Certificate Program through the Management Development Institute (MDI) at MSU.  I also pursued and obtained a SHRM-CP Certification with the Society of Human Resource Management as well as the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification with the Human Resource Certification Institute.
