Job Descriptions

A comprehensive and accurate job description is important in communicating to candidates and new or seasoned employees the job responsibilities and required knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, working conditions, and physical requirements of a particular role. It is also helpful in evaluating performance, going through the ADA interactive process with an employee, and navigating an employee’s return to work restrictions after a leave of absence or work comp incident. As part of the job description review/development process, we will also perform exemption testing in compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
